Maintenance method for mini lab extruder

The daily maintenance of mini lab extruders is as follows:
1. Check the lubrication parts at least 1 or 2 times per shift, add enough lubricant, and the temperature of the bearing parts should not exceed 50 °C.
2. Before the production of the material, the barrel and the forming mold must have a certain heating and heating time, and it is not allowed to be produced under the conditions of the plasticizing temperature of the raw material.
3. The screw must be started at low speed, and the screw speed is allowed to increase gradually only after running for a period of time under low speed conditions.
4. The idle running time of the screw in the barrel is not allowed to exceed 2~3min, so as to avoid the screwing of the screw and the barrel.
5. During the operation of the extruder, the current change of the main motor should be observed frequently. When the motor is working under overload conditions for a long time (allowing for instantaneous overload), stop the machine immediately, find the cause of the fault, and continue production after the fault is eliminated.
6. After the barrel is heated for the first time, the barrel and the base must be tightened once.
7. Before installing the screw and the mold, clean the matching contact surface of each part. The fastening bolts should be coated with a layer of molybdenum disulfide or silicone oil to facilitate the disassembly of the parts at high temperature. When disassembling and disassembling parts, do not hit the working surface of each part with a heavy hammer. If necessary, pad hard wood and tap the hardwood to remove the parts.
8. When removing the residual material on the barrel, screw and mold, only the bamboo or copper knife can be used to scrape the shovel. It is not allowed to scrape the material with a steel knife. It is not allowed to remove the screw on the screw by the fire grilling method. Residual material.
9. Regular maintenance is generally carried out after the continuous operation of the extruder is 2500-5000h. The machine needs to be disassembled, measured, and identified for the wear of the main parts. Replace the parts that have reached the specified wear limit and repair the damaged parts.
10. If conditions permit, it is best to assign someone to be responsible for equipment maintenance. Detailed records of each maintenance and repair situation are included in the plant equipment management file.
