1. The interface between the fixed ring and the moving ring of the mixer is not smooth enough to form a sealing oil film.
We can disassemble the mixer ring check, pull the contact surface is not damaged, and the contact rate is low, then need to run-in treatment, run-in time is 4-8 hours or more, run-in contact surface can not break oil.
2. There are hard particles between the inner mixing machine and the fixed ring, which will damage the contact surface and prevent the sealing oil film from forming on the contact surface.
If the moving ring is pulled, it needs to be repaired by rubbing and grinding. The ring is in two halves and can be disassembled for grinding. After the surface of the moving coil and the fixed coil is grinded, the fixed coil is assembled, and the lubricating oil is grinded for several hours by slow-moving car.
