On the whole, the research on the theory of laboratory extruder is still in the initial stage. This is the so-called “more skill than science”. From the discussion of its extrusion process, it is divided into three parts:
1. The polymer changes the rules during the extrusion process. The principle of transporting the solid melt transports the exhaust phase and the rules, and establishes a mathematical physical model to teach the planning and extrusion process optimization of the twin-screw extruder.
2, to figure out the actual situation of the two or more polymers and materials in the extrusion process, the shape of the mixture, the process of structural changes, and the final mixture and function.
3. As a twin-screw extruder, the intrinsic contact between the reaction process, speed, function and screw configuration, and operating conditions during extrusion reaction molding is established to teach reaction molding extrusion.
