The proper shutdown procedures for small blown film machines.
1 Turn off the power switch of the corona processor first.
2 Turn off the heater switch on the die and the fuselage.
3 Run each extruder at low speed to slowly cool the extruder and die.
4 After the temperature of each temperature control table drops below 135 °C, stop the operation of the extruder and turn off the upper and lower traction and winding switches. Turn off the power switch and turn off the compressed air switch.
5 Remove, overweight, pack, and store the film on the take-up reel.
6 Clean up the leftovers of each extruder and clean the floor and equipment.
