How to handle the uneven thickness and wrinkle of lab blown film machine?

The lab blown film machine consists of single-layer small-scale film blower and multi-layer small-scale co-extrusion film blower. It is mainly composed of one or more small-scale extruders, single-layer or multi-layer film blower dies and small-scale film blower units. It can be customized as required for single-layer, double-layer, three-layer, five-layer and seven-layer film blower.
The reasons for the uneven thickness of the film are the unreasonable design of the head, the deformation of the mandrel in the middle, the uneven temperature around the head, the large expansion ratio, the uneven cooling and the unstable compressed air.
The troubleshooting methods include modifying the process parameters of the head, changing the mandrel, overhauling the head heater, changing the small expansion ratio, adjusting the flow rate of cooling medium, and overhauling the compression pump.
The wrinkle of the film blower may be caused by uneven installation of the head, uneven thickness of the film, insufficient or uneven cooling, misalignment of the splint or traction roll with the center of the head, excessive angle between the splint, inconsistent tightness of the traction roll, and unsteady coiling tension.
